Serum No. 5′s recent debut introduced us to a DontStopCantQuitIt glow in the dark lacquer called “Day Glow”, which by judging how quickly it has sold out I believe it to be several of your guys’ party spirit animal, plus pink mermaid dreams in “Spring Into Love”, and even a mint that is in fact To Be.
Prepare yourselves because today I’m bringing in the NUDITY! (minus “ity”)
Gold glitter, warm fleshy nude, iridescence and more..
Now let me take you further into the potion cabinet to present you this Serum…
See if you are keen on this one after the jump!!
Today I have three polishes that have been on my wishlist for a very long time.
(Seriously, ebay browsing- you get me in big trouble)
One of these may look familiar as another Deborah Lippmann “Glitter in The Air”/Revlon “Whimsical”. Surprisingly, this one ended up being a bit different than “Whimsical”; but I’ll throw that out in front of you now and hope to bait you to lure you after the jump to see it later in this post.
From South Korean cosmetics and lacquer company, Tony Moly:
See if you can remember those names all the way after the jump!!
Check out the flaky duochrome shimmer purple flash goodness AFTER THE JUMP!!
Ah, yes. Let me (re-introduce) you to 20% Cooler.
Not only does this seem to be the most popular pony (just google fan art- wowza) but it seems this is a polish that has struck everyone’s lemming list.
Are you ready to get ice-cold?
Part of “The Equestria Collection” comes a polish inspired by the one and only Rainbow Dash and is about to school you in cool…
See swatches, macro and more after the jump!!
Who’s ready for some more Serum No. 5??
Today I have something pastel, something hex-y, something soft, something shimmery, something scale-y.
Oh, you shall see.

Nicole by OPI “Mer-Maid For Each Other” VS China Glaze “Unpredictable”
I have been anxiously awaiting the new China Glaze Bohemian Collection but it was KD who initially brought this comparison to my attention. While waiting to see the Bohemian Collection pop up locally, I saw a few swatches posted on other blogs. When the possible dupe was brought to my attention I compared what I was seeing in these swatches to what I was seeing in person and I was sure that, while super close, the Nicole was a little richer with a better duochrome.
A set finally turned up at Sallys (which after my recent trips I’ve decided I really need to head there first above other beauty stores. They always have what I’m looking for, are always on time and the girls always know exactly what I’m talking about! Sigh, Sally love.) and I grabbed a bottle of the China Glaze last night for today’s comparison.

As I waved this a few inches from Mr. NB’s face with a smirk, I saw him bite his tongue.
After thoroughly inspecting each one, he looked up at me with the most serious look I’ve seen in a long time. “Oh no” I thought, “it’s time for the stop buying polish talk”.
A most serious voice accompanied the most serious face. “No lie, that is the most gorgeous thing I’ve ever seen”. He used the word “gorgeous”!! Definitely a genuine reaction.
“Girl’s Gotta Eat” is a glitter-fest jewel box packed with large platinum hexes, small gold hexes and small holo hexes.
